About Music for a Space Tourist:
Featuring samples from Thomas Kotcheff's recordings of my Songbook for solo piano project as well as samples from NASA's public domain library of sounds (and images!), Music for a Space Tourist is an album of ambient soundscapes in the tradition of composers like Brian Eno, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Dntel, Aphex Twin, and other artists. The album's production utilizes Michael Norris's Soundmagic Spectral audio processing suite.
